Apartment in Rublevo Park

The main objective of architect was to efficiently use the space whilst maintaining visual spaciousness. On area of 78 m2 there were located: isolated master bedroom, children’s room, living room combined with kitchen & dining room, hall with walk-in wardrobe and two bathrooms.

Minimalistic base of interior was supplemented
by loft style element, walls decorated with textured plaster to look like concrete, and decorative brick panels. For flooring marble plates and textured oak wood have been used. Suspended ceilings are arranged using
the principle of flying structure. Central rooms
of apartment are of open space type. For space zoning there was used built-in illumination, multi-level ceiling and combination of different floor decorations. Interior is complemented by furniture made of toned solid oak wood, soft furniture decorated with textured textile and sculptured curtains made of natural silk.
